Responsibilities
Identify and qualify new business opportunities within the Houston market and surrounding areas.Conduct product presentations and sales demonstrations to prospective clients.Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure retention and growth.Negotiate contracts and close deals in a timely manner.Travel to client meetings and industry events to network and generate leads.Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales strategies and messaging.Manage a robust pipeline of leads using Salesforce or HubSpot.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in outside sales or B2B sales.Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation required.Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive).Self-motivated individual with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced sales cycle.
