Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to acquire new clients and expand market share within the San Diego region.
- Conduct high-value face-to-face meetings and presentations to demonstrate product value and close deals.
- Lead and mentor a team of junior sales associates to achieve collective quarterly and annual targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and industry leaders.
- Track sales metrics, analyze market trends, and adjust strategies to optimize performance.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in outside sales or business development.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation for regional travel.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
