Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Present and demonstrate our premium products and services to potential clients in the Sacramento area.
- Build and maintain long-term, profitable relationships with key decision-makers.
- Close sales and consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and outreach campaigns.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract signing.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in outside sales, business development, or account management.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
