Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and door-to-door prospecting.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients in the Milwaukee area.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers to ensure high retention rates.
- Manage a robust sales pipeline and accurately forecast monthly revenue targets.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align on local lead generation strategies.
- Close deals and negotiate contracts to drive company growth.
- Track all sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record (required for local travel).
- 1-3 years of experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or commission-based sales roles.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel within the region.
