Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Dallas metropolitan area to drive revenue growth.
- Conduct effective needs analyses and present tailored solutions to prospective clients to close deals.
- Manage and nurture a robust pipeline of leads using our CRM system.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize outreach campaigns and improve conversion rates.
- Attend industry networking events and trade shows to expand professional networks.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or consultative selling.
- Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle are mandatory for this field-based role.
- Proven ability to prospect, negotiate, and close high-value contracts.
- Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with a 'hunter' mentality.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with a results-driven approach.
