Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect and generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Deliver compelling, customized presentations to prospective clients to identify their needs and demonstrate value.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key accounts to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals within agreed-upon margins and timelines.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to provide feedback on market trends and customer needs.
- Manage a daily schedule of client meetings and follow-ups to maximize productivity.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of proven experience in outside sales, business development, or telesales (candidates with high drive but less experience will be considered).
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (travel is required within the Jacksonville area).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse clients.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a commission-based environment.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) or willingness to learn.
