Responsibilities
- Prospecting & Outreach: Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking within the local market.
- Client Meetings: Conduct engaging presentations and product demonstrations for potential clients to understand their needs.
- Needs Analysis: actively listen to client challenges and recommend tailored solutions to drive revenue.
- Deal Closure: Negotiate contracts, close deals, and manage the initial onboarding process for new accounts.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and upsell opportunities.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Experience: No prior sales experience required. We value drive and coachability over a resume.
- Skills: Strong verbal communication skills; ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Attitude: Resilient, self-motivated, and coachable with a positive 'can-do' attitude.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time, including evenings and weekends as business needs require.
- Tools: Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn CRM software (training provided).
