As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be the face of our brand, building lasting relationships with clients and closing deals that impact real businesses. We provide all the tools you need, including a company car, gas card, and top-tier mentorship programs.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate new business leads within an assigned territory.
- Conduct face-to-face sales presentations to prospective clients and customers.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop effective sales strategies.
- Attain monthly and quarterly sales targets and quotas.
- Keep accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions.
- Participate in ongoing training to master product knowledge and sales techniques.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required (Bachelor's degree is a plus but not mandatory).
- Zero to one year of sales experience is acceptable (we value hustle over history).
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Professional appearance and strong communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when necessary.
- Competitive nature and a desire to succeed in a commission-based role.
- Reliable transportation to travel within the San Diego area.
