Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new business leads within the Memphis area.
- Present and demonstrate our premium products/services to potential clients with enthusiasm and professionalism.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers to ensure retention and upselling.
- Identify and overcome customer objections using our proven sales scripts and techniques.
- Collaborate with the marketing and support teams to refine sales strategies and improve lead quality.
- Attend daily morning huddles and weekly training sessions to stay sharp and motivated.
- Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets (KPIs).
Qualifications
- No prior sales experience required; we will teach you everything you need to know.
- Must be a local resident of the Memphis, TN area with reliable transportation.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- High school diploma or GED is required.
