Job Summary:
As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business and building lasting relationships with clients in the Louisville area. You will represent our premium products and services, conduct market research, and close deals that drive revenue for the company.
Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect and qualify leads within the assigned Louisville territory.
- Conduct in-person sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to closing the deal.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to identify market trends and customer needs.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Utilize CRM software to track interactions and update customer data accurately.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
- No prior sales experience required; we train all new hires from the ground up.
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong desire to succeed.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in the field.
