Responsibilities
- Proactively generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Conduct high-impact product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing agreements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in the El Paso region.
- Track all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align on sales strategies and campaigns.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or commission-based sales.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented with a proven track record of hitting targets.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours and travel within the region as needed.
