Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and upselling.
- Present product demonstrations and tailored solutions to potential customers.
- Travel within the San Diego region to meet clients face-to-face.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales strategies and messaging.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in Outside Sales or B2B Sales (minimum 2 years experience preferred).
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for regional travel.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a drive to succeed in a commission-based environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage a complex sales pipeline.
