Responsibilities
- Proactively generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, and strategic outreach.
- Conduct face-to-face presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads to ensure consistent revenue flow.
- Close deals and negotiate contracts to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Cultivate long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and upselling opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to refine sales strategies and promotional materials.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required (Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory).
- 0-2 years of experience in sales, hospitality, or customer service is a plus, but we will train the right candidate.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a persuasive, confident demeanor.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a "whatever it takes" attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, when necessary.
