We are currently seeking motivated and driven Outside Sales Representatives to join our elite team in Fort Worth, Texas. Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and cultivate new business opportunities within the assigned geographic territory.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Conduct in-person product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of our services.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly quotas.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine messaging and improve lead quality.
- Provide regular feedback to management regarding market trends, competitor activities, and client needs.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in outside sales or business development.
- Valid Class C Driver's License and a clean driving record.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required.
