Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect and qualify new leads through cold calling, networking, and digital outreach.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to demonstrate value to potential clients.
- Build and maintain long-term, profitable relationships with key accounts in the San Diego area.
- Close sales and negotiate contracts to meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales strategies and improve lead quality.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of success in outside sales (2+ years preferred).
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (travel to client sites required).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of leads.
- Self-motivated with a hunger to exceed sales targets.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
