As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving revenue by meeting clients face-to-face. We offer a unique opportunity to work on a Weekend Shift (Friday through Sunday) while enjoying the flexibility and high earning potential of an Uncapped Commission structure.

Responsibilities
- Conduct face-to-face sales presentations to local businesses and residential clients in the Detroit area.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, cold calling, and closing high-value deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Attend weekly team meetings and weekend sales training sessions.
- Update CRM records accurately and in real-time.
- Travel to various locations within the region as required.
- Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in outside sales or business development (B2B experience preferred).
- Must be available to work Weekend Shifts (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday).
- Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle.
- Self-motivated individual with a hunger for success and financial growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- High school diploma or GED required.
