Responsibilities
- Prospect & Generate: Identify and qualify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and strategic outreach.
- Presentation & Demo: Conduct professional product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients to showcase value.
- Closing Deals: Negotiate contracts, overcome objections, and close sales to meet and exceed monthly revenue targets.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and clients.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system to track progress and forecast future sales.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-3+ years of proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or a related field.
- Driver's License: Valid, clean driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive and professional demeanor.
- Drive: A hunger for success, self-motivation, and a competitive spirit.
- Goal-Oriented: Ability to set, track, and crush daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas.
- Technology: Proficiency in using CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and MS Office Suite.
