Responsibilities
- Prospecting: Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the Detroit metropolitan area.
- Client Meetings: Conduct high-energy sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Closing: Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Relationship Management: Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business.
- CRM Management: Accurately log interactions and pipeline updates into Salesforce and other CRM tools.
- Market Research: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in outside sales or B2B sales.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive, professional demeanor.
- License: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for regional travel.
- Drive: Self-motivated with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Education: Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
