Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities within the Greater Detroit area.
- Conduct face-to-face sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing accounts to ensure retention and upselling.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align on territory strategies and campaign execution.
- Document all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system accurately.
- Attend weekly team meetings, sales trainings, and networking events.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in outside sales, business development, or account management.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation (travel is required).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs.
- Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively.
