Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth in the Denver metro area.
- Conduct high-volume cold calling and networking to generate new leads and book qualified meetings.
- Present our premium products/services to prospective clients, demonstrating a deep understanding of their business needs.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and needs analysis to closing and account retention.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM software and provide regular performance reports.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or business development.
- Strong ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with C-level executives and decision-makers.
- Self-motivated with a track record of meeting and exceeding monthly sales quotas.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client visits.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred.
