Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition: Prospect and engage with potential customers in the local San Jose area to introduce our products and services.
- Needs Analysis: Conduct needs assessments to understand client requirements and recommend tailored solutions.
- Presentations: Deliver compelling product demonstrations and sales pitches both in-person and via phone.
- Deal Closing: Negotiate terms and close sales to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Market Feedback: Gather market intelligence and feedback to help improve our sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience: No prior sales experience necessary. We value attitude and drive over history.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive tone.
