Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive outbound prospecting to generate new leads and business opportunities.
- Present and demonstrate our products/services to prospective clients in person.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure retention and upselling.
- Manage the sales pipeline using CRM software to track progress and forecast revenue.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies.
- Attend weekly sales meetings and training sessions to stay ahead of industry trends.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of outside sales experience in a B2B environment.
- Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
