Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Conduct high-level needs analysis and product presentations to decision-makers.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial lead generation to closing and account retention.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of outside sales experience in B2B or B2C environments.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
