Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the local market.
- Conduct face-to-face and phone-based presentations to potential clients.
- Close sales and negotiate contracts to meet or exceed monthly revenue targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with a diverse portfolio of clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategic outreach campaigns.
- Track all sales activities and customer data accurately in our CRM system.
- Attend weekly sales meetings and training sessions to sharpen your skills.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of success in Outside Sales or Account Management.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation for local field visits.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to earn uncapped commissions.
- Ability to work independently and manage a busy schedule.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
