Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain client relationships through in-person visits in El Paso and surrounding areas
- Exceed monthly sales targets for B2B technology solutions
- Present product demonstrations and proposals to key decision-makers
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding
- Track sales activities and pipeline using Salesforce CRM
- Attend industry trade shows and networking events
- Submit daily activity reports for accurate compensation processing
Qualifications
- 3+ years of outside sales experience with proven track record
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Spanish fluency required (primary market is Spanish-speaking)
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time
