Responsibilities
- Prospect & Qualify: Utilize LinkedIn and local networking to identify high-potential leads within the Columbus metro area and surrounding counties.
- Client Meetings: Conduct in-person and virtual product demonstrations to showcase our solutions to C-level executives and decision-makers.
- Deal Closure: Navigate the sales cycle from the first touchpoint to contract signing, utilizing negotiation skills to close deals.
- Relationship Management: Build long-term partnerships with clients, ensuring high retention rates and recurring revenue growth.
- Market Analysis: Provide feedback on local market trends and competitor activities to help refine our sales strategy.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and pipeline forecasts within our CRM system.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or consultative selling.
- License: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required for client travel.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive and professional demeanor.
- Goal-Oriented: Track record of meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- CRM Proficiency: Comfortable learning and using Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar sales management software.
