Role Overview:
In this role, you will be the face of our brand, engaging directly with potential clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions. You will drive revenue growth by expanding our market presence in Colorado Springs and the surrounding regions.
Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the Colorado Springs market and surrounding regions.
- Conduct high-level sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing and account renewal.
- Track sales metrics and provide regular updates on territory performance.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation (Essential for this role).
- Minimum 2 years of successful B2B Outside Sales experience.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pardot).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
- Ability to travel locally within the Colorado Springs area.
