Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new business leads.
- Present product demonstrations to prospective clients and tailor solutions to their specific needs.
- Travel to client meetings and industry events to build strong professional relationships.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing the deal and account onboarding.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas consistently.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or business development.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (essential for this role).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated individual with a "hunter" mentality and high energy.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage a diverse sales pipeline.
