Responsibilities
- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Actively identify and qualify new business opportunities within the San Jose territory and broader region.
- Client Engagement: Conduct high-impact product demonstrations and presentations to demonstrate value and overcome objections.
- Deal Closing: Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing deals.
- Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients to ensure retention and drive upsell opportunities.
- Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline status within our CRM system.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in outside sales, business development, or account management.
- A proven track record of meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for regional travel.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to earn a high income based on performance.
