Responsibilities
- Conduct high-value outbound calls and meetings in the San Jose, CA and Virginia territories.
- Demonstrate product solutions to prospective clients and overcome objections to drive conversions.
- Cultivate and manage a robust pipeline of qualified leads using CRM tools.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of success in Outside Sales or B2B Sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive demeanor.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM software.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client meetings.
- Self-motivated with a hunger for Base + Bonus compensation.
