Responsibilities
- Manage a high-volume pipeline of inbound and outbound leads specifically during the weekend shift.
- Conduct needs-based consultations to identify customer pain points and recommend tailored solutions.
- Utilize CRM software (Salesforce) to accurately log interactions, update customer records, and forecast sales performance.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales quotas through persistent follow-up and relationship building.
- Collaborate with the support team to resolve customer inquiries and ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to provide accurate and compelling sales pitches.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or Call Center environments.
- Demonstrated ability to work successfully on a Weekend Shift (Saturday and Sunday required).
- Strong communication skills with a professional, persuasive, and empathetic tone.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Self-motivated individual with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
