Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and CRM outreach
- Build rapport with prospects while articulating product value propositions
- Exceed monthly sales targets through strategic opportunity management
- Document all interactions accurately in Salesforce with meticulous attention to detail
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years B2B inside sales experience with documented quota achievement
- Proficiency in Salesforce and HubSpot or comparable CRM platforms
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging for diverse audiences
- Strong time management and prioritization abilities in fast-paced environments
- Comfortable working night shift (7 PM - 4 AM CT) with reliable home office setup
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
