About The Role:
As an Inside Sales Rep, you will be the voice of Apex Revenue Partners. You will engage with potential clients, qualify leads, and drive revenue growth. This role is perfect for individuals who excel in high-energy environments and are motivated by financial incentives.
Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify high-quality leads via cold calling and email outreach.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to closing the deal.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales quotas consistently.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine targeting strategies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system.
- Build rapport with clients to ensure long-term retention and upselling opportunities.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or Customer Service.
- Ability to work the Weekend Shift (Saturday/Sunday).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- Self-motivated with a hunger to earn a high base + bonus income.
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing preferred.
