Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, and targeted outreach.
- Conduct face-to-face product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Manage and develop a specific sales territory to meet aggressive monthly and quarterly goals.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to drive revenue growth.
- Track all sales activities and customer interactions using CRM systems.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in outside sales or B2B sales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record (travel required within the region).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a 'hunter' mentality and a desire to succeed.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
