Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the San Antonio metropolitan area through cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Present and demonstrate our products/services to potential clients, clearly articulating value propositions and ROI.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure retention and repeat business.
- Conduct on-site visits and client meetings to understand needs and close deals efficiently.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing and account management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales strategies and targeting.
- Track all sales activities and forecast revenue using CRM software.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or field sales roles.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record (required for field travel).
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient in the face of rejection.
- Ability to work independently with a high degree of autonomy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus.
