Responsibilities
- Prospect and engage new business clients across El Paso County
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships
- Exceed quarterly sales targets through strategic account management
- Present product solutions to C-level executives and procurement teams
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities
- Utilize CRM system to track sales pipeline and client interactions
Qualifications
- 3+ years of outside sales experience in B2B solutions
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Valid Texas driver's license and clean driving record
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with entrepreneurial mindset
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
- Fluent in English/Spanish (bilingual preferred)
