Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new commercial clients across Philadelphia and surrounding regions
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers in target industries
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client needs
- Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through consistent prospecting and closing
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction
- Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts using CRM systems
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of B2B outside sales experience with proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas
- Strong background in consultative selling and solution-based approaches
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client visits
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with remote teams
- Experience in SaaS, technology, or professional services industries preferred
