Responsibilities
- Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies targeting B2B clients across San Antonio metropolitan area
- Conduct 15-20 face-to-face client meetings weekly to build relationships and close deals
- Exceed quarterly revenue targets through consultative selling and solution-based presentations
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track leads, manage pipelines, and report on key metrics
- Collaborate with marketing team to execute localized promotional campaigns
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Represent company at weekend industry events and trade shows
Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven outside sales experience with documented quota achievement
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport in diverse markets
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Spanish fluency highly desirable for San Antonio market
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
