- Prospect and develop new business accounts across assigned territory
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular in-person visits
- Exceed quarterly sales targets through consultative selling techniques
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop territory-specific strategies
- Track sales activities and maintain accurate CRM records
- Present product demonstrations and customized solutions
- Analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities
Qualifications
- 3+ years of outside sales experience with proven track record
- Strong knowledge of B2B sales cycles and negotiation tactics
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to travel 70% of time within territory
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
