Responsibilities
- Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies to acquire new B2B clients
- Conduct face-to-face client meetings and product demonstrations
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers
- Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through strategic prospecting
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities
- Utilize CRM systems to track sales pipeline and forecast revenue
Qualifications
- 3+ years proven outside sales experience in B2B environment
- Track record of exceeding sales quotas with uncapped commission structures
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation for territory coverage
- Proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent CRM platforms
- Ability to independently manage sales cycle from prospect to close
