Responsibilities
- Prospect and engage with key decision-makers in manufacturing, aerospace, and logistics sectors
- Develop and execute strategic territory plans to exceed quarterly sales targets
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations at client sites
- Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline reporting
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding
- Attend industry trade shows and networking events
- Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities
Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B outside sales experience with proven track record
- Strong technical aptitude for industrial equipment solutions
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Proficiency in Salesforce or CRM systems
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
- Ability to travel 60-70% of time within Kansas region
- OSHA 30 certification a plus
