Responsibilities
- Prospect and close new business with enterprise clients in Detroit Metro area
- Develop customized solutions for manufacturing and industrial automation needs
- Manage full sales cycle: cold outreach, needs analysis, proposal delivery, contract negotiation
- Collaborate with technical team to deliver complex system integration projects
- Maintain CRM pipeline and exceed quarterly revenue targets
- Attend industry trade shows and networking events in Michigan
Qualifications
- 3+ years outside sales experience with industrial/technical products
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for client visits
- Strong presentation skills with ability to explain technical solutions
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- BA/BS in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Detroit Metro area residency required
