Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, and prospecting.
- Conduct needs analysis to understand client requirements and present tailored solutions.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing and account renewal.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies.
- Track sales metrics and meet or exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of proven outside sales experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a 'hunter' mentality.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (local travel required).
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
