Join TechDrive Solutions Inc., a leading B2B technology provider, as we expand our footprint in the San Jose market! We're seeking a driven Outside Sales Representative to build relationships with enterprise clients and drive revenue growth. This is a high-impact role offering uncapped commission potential and career advancement opportunities. Work remotely 3 days/week with office presence Tuesdays and Thursdays in our vibrant downtown San Jose headquarters.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute territory plans to exceed sales targets in enterprise accounts
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with C-level decision-makers across Silicon Valley
- Present complex solutions (SaaS, hardware, cybersecurity) to technical and non-technical audiences
- Collaborate with marketing team to generate qualified leads and pipeline growth
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track activities and forecast accurately
- Attend quarterly industry events and trade shows in the Bay Area
- Maintain 100% compliance with sales process and documentation standards
Qualifications
- 3+ years outside sales experience with enterprise B2B solutions
- Proven track record of exceeding $500K+ annual sales targets
- Deep familiarity with San Jose/Silicon Valley business landscape
- Technical aptitude to articulate complex value propositions
- Valid CA driver's license and reliable transportation
- Proficiency in Salesforce and presentation tools (PowerPoint, etc.)
- BA/BS degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Certification in sales methodology (MEDDIC, Challenger, etc.) preferred
