Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities within Long Beach and surrounding territories
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to exceed sales targets
- Present product solutions through personalized demos and client consultations
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while maintaining long-term client relationships
- Collaborate with marketing to develop territory-specific growth strategies
- Track sales activities and pipeline using Salesforce CRM
- Represent company at industry events and trade shows
Qualifications
- 3+ years of outside sales experience with proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas
- Strong knowledge of B2B sales cycles and solution-based selling methodologies
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated with entrepreneurial mindset
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
