Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new business leads through cold calling, networking, and door-to-door canvassing within the Baltimore metro area.
- Conduct face-to-face sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial prospecting to contract negotiation and closing.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline using Salesforce or HubSpot CRM.
- Attend weekly sales meetings and training sessions to refine techniques and share market insights.
- Travel to client sites and industry trade shows as required to represent the company brand.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to optimize sales strategies and product positioning.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or telecommunications sales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Valid Driverβs License and reliable transportation (essential for field sales).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote and field environment.
