Responsibilities
- Prospect and acquire new business clients across the Indianapolis metro area
- Develop and execute strategic territory plans to exceed sales targets
- Present product solutions to C-level executives and key decision-makers
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through regular in-person visits
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track sales activities and pipeline management
Qualifications
- 3+ years of outside sales experience with proven track record
- Strong B2B sales background in technology or industrial solutions
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
