Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect and qualify new leads through cold calling, networking, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure deals that align with company goals.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and messaging.
- Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets consistently.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B outside sales or technology sales.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in previous roles.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a hunter mentality.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pardot).
- Self-motivated, resilient, and capable of working independently.
- Available to travel occasionally for client meetings and networking events.
