Responsibilities
- Develop and execute territory sales plans to exceed quarterly targets in Fort Worth and surrounding areas
- Prospect and engage new clients through cold calling, networking events, and industry referrals
- Conduct on-site product demonstrations and technical consultations
- Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline tracking in Salesforce
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless customer experiences
- Analyze market trends to identify new growth opportunities
- Present quarterly sales reports to leadership team
Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B outside sales experience with proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Ability to travel 60-70% of time within territory
- Industrial or technical sales background highly valued
