Responsibilities
- Develop and execute territory plans to exceed sales targets
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with C-level decision-makers
- Present complex software solutions to enterprise clients
- Close 15+ deals monthly with average deal size $25k+
- Collaborate with marketing to generate qualified leads
- Utilize Salesforce CRM for pipeline management
- Attend weekly sales training and quarterly offsites
Qualifications
- 3+ years outside sales experience (B2B SaaS preferred)
- Proven track record meeting/exceeding quotas
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Proficiency in Salesforce and HubSpot
- Ability to travel 60% of time across Texas
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
- Experience selling enterprise software solutions
